| Radiant
Heat Barrier Reduces Heat Stress and Saves Money |
| Applied to the roofs and walls of buildings,
the CoEm-Tek ceramic coating system will create a barrier against
the effects of radiant heat upon humans or animals (black globe effect).
Conventional insulation is not capable of blocking out radiant energy,
they absorb the energy (heat) and re-radiate in through the building
and into the living areas of the building. This process can substantially
heat up buildings resulting in expensive cooling costs |
| Condensation
Control |
| Since our products reflect most all solar and thermal
radiation, the coated surface is kept cool. On a hot summer day the
coated surface outside will only be a few degrees above the outside
temperature. The ability to keep the surface temperature as cool as
the outside temperature will greatly reduce condensation problems. |
| Waterproofing |
| CoEm-Tek coatings are water-based products, which allow
the material to breath, yet not allowing water to penetrate. They
create a waterproof seal preventing moisture from penetrating through
to the surface. |

Corrosion Neutralize Rust |
| Our ceramic coating system resolves
leaking and corrosion problems on metal surfaces, especially roofs.
It corrects and prevents corrosion, and minimizes thermal shock and
roof movement. This prevents leakage and cracking. |
Protection
against UV damage |
| Our coatings are durable and made to stand up to the
harsh effect of UV light. A properly coated surface should last well
over ten years. We stand behind this with a 10-year warranty on the
product when applied by a Certified CoEm-Tek Applicator. |

| Our products are water-based, so they are easy
to apply, and easy to clean up. The can be applied with a brush, roller
or sprayed on. |
